Current Projects At Wenger Electric
Wenger Electric has been awarded several large-scale commercial electrical projects over the years. Here’s a list of the current projects that we’re working on and projects we have completed in the past.
COMPLETED PROJECTS
Weirton, West Virginia - Big Ass Fans installation at Trivium Packaging
Warren, OH - Grace Fellowship Church
Completed summer of 2021. A 39,000 ft² building in Warren, Ohio was repurposed to house the Grace Fellowship Church. Wenger Electric was currently responsible for temporary lighting and power during the demo phase. We then installed all of the required wiring, electrical outlets, and breaker boxes to accommodate about 25 individual rooms, which include office suites, a cafe, a kitchen, and three living rooms. This project also involved installing audiovisual/light booths for a 7,777 ft² sanctuary and a 1,511 ft² youth multi-purpose worship space.
Salem, OH - Chipotle
Completed December 2020. General Contractor was Fred Olivieri Construction. A 2,325 ft Chipotle Mexican Grill was built in the corner of East State Street and Southeast Boulevard in Salem, site of the former True North Shell gas station and convenience store. Wenger Electric installed breaker boxes, wiring, and electrical outlets in the interior wall of the building.
Tim Horton’s Restaurants in Four Ohio Cities
Wenger Electric installed complete electrical and lighting systems for the following Tim Horton’s restaurant locations:
- Girard, OH. Completed July 2019. New restaurant with dining area and drive-thru. General Contractor was The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.
- Akron, OH. Completed May 2019. General Contractor was The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.
- Liberty, OH. Completed March 2019. General Contractor was Fortney & Weygandt.
- Ellet, OH. Completed July 2019. General Contractor was The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.
Massillon, OH - Arby’s
Completed June 2018. General Contractor was Fortney & Weygandt. Ground up project with new electrical service installation, site electrical, interior wiring and lighting.
Cortland, OH - Chipotle/Starbucks
Completed March 2018. Approximately $70,000 contract. General Contractor was GreenHeart Companies LLC. Landlord scope with electrical service and site electric.
Completed December 2017. General Contractor was GreenHeart Companies LLC. Landlord scope with electrical service and site electric.
Warren, OH - Dunkin Donuts Remodel
Completed December 2017. General Contractor was GreenHeart Companies LLC. Dining room renovation with new lighting and new service counter.
Completed November 2017. General Contractor was Fortney & Weygandt. Complete interior renovation with new wiring and lighting.
Completed July 2017. Approximately $100,000 contract. General Contractor was GreenHeart Companies LLC. Ground up project with new electrical service installation, site electrical, interior wiring and lighting.
Salem, OH - Cabinet Works Manufacturing Plant Relocation
Completed March 2017. Client was owner of Cabinet Works, Brian Bagwell. We moved this manufacturing plant approximately 10 miles to a new location. The new location required rewiring and new hook-ups for machinery. We also upgraded the outside lighting from high pressure sodium to LED.
Cleveland, OH - Uncle Bob’s Life Storage
Completed February 2017. Approximately $10,000 contract. General Contractor was Fortney & Weygandt. Interior renovation with new lighting and new service counter.
Boardman, OH - Uncle Bob’s Life Storage
Completed early 2017. General Contractor was Fortney & Weygant. Interior renovation with new lighting and new service counter.
Completed November 2016. Approximately $50,000 contract. General Contractor was Fortney & Weygant. Ground up project with new electrical service installation, site electrical, interior wiring and lighting.
Completed December 2016. General Contractor was the owner. Installed complete electrical and lighting systems.
